Bringing together as group patron, Zambian grassroots of various trades and professions into groups with each group formulating it's own business goal and agreeing to save a fixed amount every month until sufficient funds are raised to set up and realize their group goal under the Blue-Color To Social Entrepreneur Conversation Program.
